HMAS Watson Redevelopment Project - Request for Tender - Managing Contractor Contract (MCC-1 2003)

The Services include design and related services in respect of the following Works:

·new training facilities;

·upgrade and refurbishment of existing facilities, including working accommodation, physical fitness facilities, messing facilities, training facilities and living-in accommodation;

·upgrade of existing services and in-ground infrastructure; and

·new services and in-ground infrastructure,

to meet HMAS Watson’s operational and support capabilities.
