South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers. We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.

South East Water is looking to appoint an IT Software Testing Partner with the necessary expertise to:
- Uplift current testing standards and KPI achievement, maturity and practices.
- Explore options for new or emerging techniques and ensure we are continuously improving our approach, methods and effectiveness as a testing practice.
- Leverage more automation testing.
- Create a testing practice resilient to changing IT strategy and Digital landscape.
- Increase alignment of requirements management, development practice and testing practices with a view to move more towards a DevOps model in the future.
- Leverage industry trends for testing optimisation regarding subject areas such as integration, application management, data and security.
- Proactively manage testing capabilities against application & product roadmaps.
- Reduce our overall cost of testing effort.
- Implement effective testing team structures across project delivery, application delivery and support.
