Description
Domiciliary Care (Dom Care) provides home based services in metropolitan Adelaide which aim to help people who need assistance to live at home to be as independent and supported as possible.
Dom Care clients vary in the level of service requirements from a single service need, short term restorative services, or the provision of multiple services that address more complex needs, and often require significant coordination to support them to remain living in their home. Carer's also receive specific respite services or benefit from the provision of other services provided within the home.
This tender is for a single panel arrangement for the provision of both Support Services & Domestic Assistance. Organisations will be able to bid for Support Service work, Domestic Assistance or both.
