VOICE SERVICES - PUBLIC NETWORK ACCESS AND CARRIAGE

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is for the Government to secure arrangements for the supply of public network access and carriage services from 27 March 2012, when existing arrangements expire. To achieve this objective, the Government is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers to deliver these services via POTS, ISDN and IP-based technologies. Because the Government is willing to contract with more than one supplier for these services, Tenderers are not required to offer all of the access technologies listed.
