Program Management - Social Housing Initiative - South

The Housing Innovations Unit (HIU) is seeking suitably qualified firms to provide a range of services to support the delivery of social housing projects under the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan. Consultants are sought that can provide statutory planning, project management, procurement, contract administration, quantity surveying, design review and reporting services in close consultation with the HIU and in accordance with legislation and community expectations. Two contracts are available, one for the South of the State and the other for the North and North West.
