Description
Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) is a teaching hospital opened in 1958. It is part of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEII). G Block is a 9-storey building and houses the majority of the beds for SCGH, including wards, ICU, emergency, and high dependency units, as well as the kitchen facility, administration areas, other service areas and plant rooms.
The North Metropolitan Health Service Facility Management team (NMHS FM) is seeking responses from registered builders with the requisite roofing experience to undertake roof replacement and associated works to the specified areas of levels 7 and 8 of the G Block building.
