Description
The works consist of the construction of a new masonry veneer activity hall of approximately 360m2. The building comprises a concrete floor slab, steel portal frame, metal roof decking and masonry walls and includes a kitchen, disabled w.c and stores. Other work trades include joinery, floor/wall finishes, painting, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical services and civil siteworks. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Builders Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
