Description
To enable Council to supply quarry materials for its own projects. Works to be undertaken in accordance with the Development Act, 1993 and regulations, the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards. The Contractor is also required to comply with the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act, 1986 and Regulations, and Council's Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Description: To successfully crush quarry material to design specification. To crush concrete that is stockpiled at quarry.
Work to be Undertaken: * Crush the material to 40mm; * Stockpile the crushed material in an orderly manner on site; * Ensure the pit is left in a safe and tidy state; * Crush a stockpile of old concrete slabs and kerbs.
