NorthLink WA Stage 3 Ellenbrook to Muchea

A 20KM new section of rural highway standard road from Ellenbrook to Muchea and modifications to the adjacent local road network.

Pre-qualification: To be eligible to tender, Tenderers must be suitably prequalified for Roadworks Category R4 and Bridgeworks Category B3 or higher and with a financial level of F150+

The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in conjunction with the Building Code 2013, applies to this project. The Building Code document is available at employment.gov.au/building-code

It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005, at the time of the RFP closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.

Tenderers intending to submit a bid as a Joint Venture must review the additional requirements as outlined by Regulation 24(1)(h) of the Fair Work (Building Industry – Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2005 by the Federal Safety Commission (located at http://www.fsc.gov.au)
