The AHO is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability, capability, capacity, and experience deliver a Modern Method of Construction (MMC), design and construct (D&C) package consisting of two(2), two (2) bedroom, detached dwellings, each with a full main bathroom, powder room, carport and associated site works to meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) silver level housing standard at 131 Macauley Street, Deniliquin NSW 2710 with completion within 32 weeks from the Date of Award.
