Carry out a review and provide report about the Tasmanian building industry, in a National context, focusing on the waste minimisation, resource recovery, and circular economy, to identify current practices, opportunities, and challenges, and potential actions applicable to the Tasmanian building industry.

Additionally, the report is to provide recommendations for potential key priority projects, both immediate and strategic, to improve waste minimisation, resource recovery, and/or circular economy in Tasmania, that identifies the Tasmanian building industry’s specific needs, proposed target outcomes, project costing and a project delivery timetable.
