This procurement contains two parts: mid-term evaluation of the Greening our City program 2023-2030, and update of the 2024 Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, including the program logic and data collection plan. The mid-term evaluation will ensure the structure, processes and systems of the Greening our City program are working well and identify opportunities for improvements. An updated Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (M&E Plan) for the Greening our City program is also an output of this procurement.
