Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new Life Skills area at Nursery Road Special School, located at 49 Nursery Rd, Holland Park West Qld 4121, as part of the SIE program.

The scope of works includes Life skills kitchen, flexible learning area, amenities, offices, dining area and kitchen garden. All works are to be completed by May 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project.
