Health and Recreation Precinct Tenders

The University of Queensland has scheduled release of tenders for both Health and Recreation Precinct Main Works & Project Management / Superintendent.

The Project involves the delivery of the Principal's Project Requirements (PPR) through the renovation of the existing UQ Centre and the development of a new adjacent, but connected and fully integrated health and wellness building, that delivers a new health and recreation node at the University of Queensland's St Lucia campus.

The Project intends to deliver a first-class customer experience in health and wellness services for students, staff, alumni, and members of the local community by providing an innovative, research[1]based, teaching and learning environment that is fully integrated within a distinctive health and recreation facility.
