Market Sounding Contractual Support

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the initial development of documentation to facilitate the Market Sounding process for new coastal shipping services and the increased employment for a local maritime workforce. The contract will later involve the subsequent Invitation to Offer process, including evaluation and reporting.

The contractor will collaborate with MSQ staff to create the most comprehensive document to present to the market to attract proponents to participate. The specific skills the contractor will provide to the project will also ensure the delivery of the processes within the timeframes and mitigate risks associated with the complex project.
