ITO Provision of Cardic Angiography Services to Wide Bay HHS

The Provider is to provide high quality, integrated, Patient centred Cardiac Angiography treatment and services for the Customer (the Services).

The Services are Packaged Services or Emergency Procedures.

The Provider must provide the Procedures as well as:

1. The provision of and access to Facility accommodation, facilities, equipment, anaesthetist and any nursing and allied health staff necessary to support the performance of the Procedure on the Patient by a Cardiologist at the Facility.
2. Patient pre-surgery consultation;
3. Post-Procedure care and consultation. The specialty practice is Cardiology -- Cardiac Angiography and related interventions as outlined within the Specifications.
4. Efficient and effective provision of reports and images to the Customer (in accordance with the Customer’s requirements).
