Description
PROVISION OF 1HRMS CHANGE/TRAINING LEAD CONSULTANT This position supports the Department of Communities in implementing a new Human Resource Management System, including HR/ Payroll and Workforce Management Modules. The position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the 1HRMS Change Management Strategy, including communications and engagement strategy, and overseeing and coordinating training initiatives, including the development of support materials. The Change/ Training Lead will run all changes, training, and communications within the project, working collaboratively with the 1HRMS management and project team.
