Flowbuilders provides salesforce support and maintenance, service management and minor enhancements to NSW Treasury. The original contract was executed on 18/08/2021, for an initial 2-year term, with fixed yearly fee. Year 3 was transitioned into a Time & Material arrangement with a reduced yearly fee. Year 4, reconducting the T&M arrangement from Year 3. The total contract value of the engagement is $658,954.56 incl GST till 18/08/2025.
