Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new Access Ramp to service Coomera Springs State School located at Old Coach Road in Upper Coomera QLD 4209 as a part of the Targeted Maintenance Programme.
The scope comprises the construction of a new concrete compliant access ramp to connect the low level car park to the school. All works are to be complete by 18 February 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
