Description

WSLHD is required to periodically inspect, test and tag its electrical equipment by a competent person to identify damage, wear and detect electrical faults. Noting that most of the items that are tested are mobile items that can be moved around the facility, not the RCD testing of fixed outlets. The primary reason behind doing testing and tagging is to ensure compliance with the relevant Australian Standards and the safety of the people in the workplace coming into contact with the electrical equipment. objectives of the project: •Testing and Tagging of electrical equipment •District wide Contract •Single Asset Register and database •Achieve best value for money through tendering process.
