NSW Department of Communities and Justice / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - con_7033

This contract is for the SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) service which was novated from the Department of Customer Services (DCS) to the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). Following the PaTH Program being transferred to DCJ, the SAC program deployed can often require the DCS team to be involved in support/administration and invoices re-directing for subscriptions that they are unfamiliar and unaware of, which often caused confusion. The preference was to novate to DCJ with minimal technical disruption as it streamlined future development and removed the requirement for DCJ involvement.
