The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) wishes to procure research services to investigate the factors underpinning Random Breath Testing (RBT) activities in Queensland. Specifically, we require a research Consultant to address the research question “What is the optimal mix of mobile and static deployment of RBT in urban and regional settings in order to maximise the effects of RBT?”
