Mutdapilly SS Block B Refurbishment (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the proposed refurbishments to Block B at Mutdapilly State School, located at 4 Mutdapilly Churchbank Weir Rd, Mutdapilly QLD 4307, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The building consists of 2 GLAs, art storeroom and general store room. All works are to be completed by 14 January 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
