Facilities management and Operation of the MOBLAS-5 Satellite Ranging Facility at Yatharagga in Western Australia

Requirements include that the Contractor must operate the System and Facility, with full responsibility for maintenance and operation, including:
a) operational SLR services including data acquisition, post-processing, data distribution, data archiving, calibrations, upkeep of the TDB and configuration control;
b) maintenance of the System, including both hardware and software;
c) preparation and submission of reports;
d) compliance with requirements for continuity of Services and protection against contingencies;
e) support of DORIS system
f) support of GPS system and GLONASS system;
g) support of absolute gravity surveys undertaken by GA or a third party;
h) support of the VLBI Systems;
i) maintenance of the buildings, utility services and the Site;
j) project management of additional works at the Site (if required).
