This project focuses on completing building works in stages according to the locations.
For Hawthorn training depot, the works consist of improving the flooring condition of the Barracks and replacing the ceiling lights.
For Menin Barracks, works consist of improving the flooring condition, upgrade to the HVAC system, replacing the ceiling lights, bringing the staircases up to compliance and minor structural remediations.
For Sandringham depot, works consist of two buildings which require upgrades to the gutters and downpipes, flooring refurbishment and replacement, removal of lead-based paint, structural remediation, and a new ventilation system to the male ablutions.
