Automatic Door Maintenance and Repair Services at Australian Parliament House

DPS is looking for tenderers with the ability to design and create a scheduled preventative maintenance program and then perform the scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a range of automatic and ballistic doors. Tenderers would be expected to carry standard consumable items (nuts, bolts, etc.) so as to be able to make basic repairs and adjustments on the spot. Calls for reactive repairs may be on ad hoc basis, with service level defined by priority. Such calls could include equipment failure, structural issues, routine repairs and unspecified emergency responses. For detailed requirement, please refer to the RFT documentation.
