The Department through this Request is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced marketing service organisations to form a panel from which they will be engaged on an “as required basis”. The panel of market research organisations will be required to work closely with the Department in conducting research, providing high quality market intelligence as well as professional strategic advice to assist in data-driven planning and design of integrated marketing, campaign advertising, promotion and corporate communication services.
