The Department of Agriculture and Food requires the transportation and disposal of eight (8) Campbell Pacific Nuclear (CPN) 503 or 503DR Hydroprobes (sometimes referred to as Neutron Probes or moisture probes) within the compliance of relevant radiological legislation. The Hydroprobes have reached the end of their recommended useable life. Four of these devices are located in South Perth radiation store room, and four devices are located in Kununurra radiation store room.
