Description
The Department of Sport and Recreation is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Respondent to undertake the department’s Annual Client Survey over a potential three year period including 2012, 2013 and 2014. The successful Respondent will be responsible for administering the questionnaires (with minor alternations) utilised in previous years to the department’s three primary stakeholder groups: sport and recreation groups, local governments and camps clients.
The intent of the Annual Client Survey is to ascertain these stakeholder’s perceptions of the department’s programs, resources, advice and services through a range of identified questions. Details of the duration of the 2011 surveys and the number completed are provided below. Copies of the 2011 questionnaires are available on request from the Department.
