East Metropolitan Health Service - Additions, alterations and refurbishment works to the existing Aseptic Compounding Unit at Royal Perth Hospital to meet relevant Australian standard and regulatory requirements.
VISITING THE SITE
A non-mandatory site inspection and/or tender briefing will be held 25 August 2022 at 10 am. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. Attendance by tenderers is not mandatory.
Once the contractors and subcontractors have been approved for site entry, they will need to present to the reception desk at Main Pharmacy on Level 1 North Block where they need to sign in. Whilst in the Department the contractors will be under pharmacy staff supervision.
Please ensure all employees attending site must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Anyone non compliant will be refused entry.
All attendees intending to visit site must contact Amelia Waters, Project Manager,
Department of Finance at [email hidden] , with number of all attendees to minimise disruption. Please list names, titles, and companies of each attendee; in addition to confirmation of vaccination status in accordance with the Health Order. It is imperative that the hospital operations are not negatively impacted during the visit.
