MW Fencing Morawa

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake MW Fencing Morawa at Geraldton.

The Work includes but is not limited to Installation of brick wall and fence for the following properties::
• Lot 445, 1/33 Valentine Street, Morawa, WA 6623
• Lot 445, 2/33 Valentine Street, Morawa, WA 6623
• Lot 434, 1/34 Richter Avenue, Morawa, WA 6623
• Lot 434, 2/34 Richter Avenue, Morawa, WA 6623

The scope of work also includes the following:
• Allow to provide CDC and document to submit for relevant Building Permit. Allow verge permits from local shire. Complete Dilapidation report prior to commencing works.
• Contractors to include all temporary safety fence, and for the duration for the works.
• Allow to dial before you dig requirements and potholing around services. Ensure protection of all existing service and surfaces.
• Allow Excavation, and disposal of all excess material.
• Concrete – FRP supply and Install Concrete to footings as required.
• Allow to supply Electrical provision for motorized gates.
• Allow Supply bins for all disposal waste.
