Description
The successful supplier will be required to provide an offsite influenza vaccination program for the Attorney-General’s Department employees, with availability to service Adelaide CBD, metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australian locations.
It is preferred that the supplier also be able to provide an option for onsite vaccinations. The Attorney-General’s Department comprises approximately 1750 employees. Based on previous programs, approximately 50% of total employees partake in the Department’s influenza vaccination program each year.
Please note however, the Department cannot guarantee employee participation in the program and uptake may vary from previous years and from year to year. The influenza vaccination program is to commence by April 2021, and each April in the years thereafter.
Please refer to the Evaluation Criteria regarding mandatory and weighted criteria. The contract will be for a two year base term, with three one year extension options available.
