23C391 Demolition of various properties as part of the Grange Road, Holbrooks Road and East Avenue Intersection Upgrade Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites companies to provide a response to the Request for Tender (RFT) for the Demolition of various properties as part of the Grange Road, Holbrooks Road and East Avenue Intersection Upgrade Project, Contract No. 23C391.

The Broader Network Upgrade Projects (BNU) are currently being implemented by the Department. Within the scope of the BNU, an upgrade is planned for the intersection of Grange Road, Holbrooks Road and East Avenue. The enhancement involves the introduction of additional lanes including realignment. As part of the Intersection Upgrade, the demolition of fourteen (14) properties are required.

To facilitate the upgrade of this intersection, an experienced demolition contractor is required to demolish and clear the sites prior to the main construction works commencing.

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Companies must be prequalified with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport in the following prequalification categories:

• Demolition: D2
• Asbestos Removal: AR2
• and hold a Class A Asbestos Removal License
