Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development requires a print, broadcast and online media monitoring service covering local, state, national and (on request) international media outlets. The service should be accurate, cost effective, timely, flexible and client focused.The Department requires access to a web portal monitoring service for up to 50 users, with individual logins and access from any computer. The option for Department staff to receive individual email alerts is also required.
