The Zoological Parks Authority (The Perth Zoo) is seeking the services of a suitably skilled and qualified Contractor/Practitioner to provide medical and corporate health services including but not limited to:
• Pre-employment Medical Assessments;
• Travel Consultation and Vaccination Programs;
• Preventative Health Programs;
• Fitness for Work Assessments;
• GP Services; and
• Consultancy Services.
The services are to be provided to staff employed in various occupations at Perth Zoo and also for potential Perth Zoo employees during the recruitment process.
