Description
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Main Roads WA are seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors to carry out the Removal and Replacement of Boilers to Don Aitken Centre in accordance with the tender documents provided.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 2.00pm on Tuesday, 19 August 2014 at Don Aitken Centre, Cnr Plain Street & Waterloo Crescent, East Perth, WA.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
