Cricket Nets and Associated Works
Perth Modern School
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from Registered Builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the construction of cricket nets including all associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Perth Modern School.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 11.00am Thursday 20 June 2013 at Perth Modern School, 90 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 11 July 2013.
