Independent Specialist Scheduling Services - OMTID

The Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) is a state government initiative tasked with delivering over $5B worth of infrastructure priority assets as part of the METRONET suite of projects. OMTID are responsible for the delivery of 6 Major Rail initiatives with the Yanchep Rail Extension (YRE), Bayswater Station and Turnback (BST), Morley Ellenbrook Line (MEL), Thornlie Cockburn Line (TCL), Armadale Line Level Crossing Removal (LXR), and Byford Rail Extension (BRE) all in the Delivery phase. The Respondent will be required to provide specialised scheduling services to support the OMTID Project Management Office (OPMO). The Respondent?s Nominated Personnel will have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to the below activities and functional areas: Forensic analysis of the schedule for time and cost delays;Deep Dive analysis of Alliance submitted schedules;Constructability analysis of submitted schedules;Provision of advice on resource loading schedules and analysis of Alliance resource loaded schedules;Provision of specialist scheduling development advice;Provision of advice to the project team and superintendent on extension of time claims from contractors; Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery of schedule where required; andProvision of advice on the sequencing of construction activities;
