Description
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the State Library of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified Building Companies with suitable experience of roof sheeting replacements to major buildings within the CBD to undertake the Roof Sheeting Replacement at the State Library of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Trevor Edwards via email [email hidden] no later than 4.00pm Friday 25 November 2011
Documents will available for pickup from 9.00am Wednesday 30 November 2011 from the Art Gallery of WA, 47 James Street, Perth WA 6000 (enter via Roe Street Security)
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Friday 2 December 2011 at the Main Entry of the State Library of WA, James St Mall, Northbridge.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
