Description
The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to undertake the construction of a six (6) Cubicle Toilet Block under a freestanding 10m x 10m shelter, and a 20m x 10m freestanding pavilion. These works will be constructed on DBCA managed land at the new Yellagonga Urban MTB Park, located at the corner of Joondalup Drive and Lakeside Drive in Joondalup.
The scope of work also includes the final connection of services and utilities to infrastructure within the site (including power, NBN, water, and sewage connections).
