South Metropolitan Health Services - Peel Health Campus Transformation Program - Critical Infrastructure Upgrades.

Enabling, Site Services & Building Works for a modular Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) as part of the Peel Health Campus (PHC) Critical Infrastructure Upgrades (CIU) project.

The Contractor will be required to coordinate and deliver:

- Site preparation and enabling works.
- Site services and building works to enable a modular CSSD unit connection to the existing Peel Health Campus building and services. Works will include the construction of a connecting corridor between the unit and service connections.
- Site requirements with the CSSD supplier, Superintendent and Superintendents Representative to ensure the site and unit are coordinated within time and budget and to compliance requirements.

The Contractor will not be responsible for the construction, delivery, placement, installation and training processes relating to the commissioning of the CSSD Unit.

A non-mandatory site inspection and/or tender briefing will be held at the works location on Tuesday, 9 April 2024 at 11am. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender.
