The RFT seeks to appoint a contractor to deliver short-term residential care arrangements for up to 22 short-term Flexible Residential Care Packages for clients participating in a Transition Care Program, or for patients awaiting to enter a residential care facility. The residential care will be provided from the "Karingal" purpose built facility at St John's Park
