Description
LSC is seeking a Supplier to:
- Design the new hosting infrastructure environment, taking into consideration new LSC provisioned data centre and carrier services;
- Supply, install and configure new infrastructure and environment;
- Replace existing infrastructure that has reached and is approaching the end of its supported life;
- Transition the existing virtual infrastructure and services from the current Supplier’s hosting environment to the new LSC hosting environment;
- Manage the new environment in partnership with LSC ICT staff. This will include specialist Supplier support services including:
- Network;
- Database;
- Backup & Restore services;
- Telephony; and
- Citrix management and monitoring.
- Provide a service delivery model consistent with the relevant South Australian Government (SAG) standards.
