Council invites tenders for the reconstruction of Butler Terrace (Smith Street to Gordon Street), Naracoorte SA.
Butler Terrace is a severely undulating street on a highly reactive soil. It provides access to industrial businesses and residential areas, and is also the most direct route for emergency services to access Naracoorte Hospital. The road is identified as regionally significant in the South East Local Government 2030 Transport Plan. The project consists of a full reconstruction including the replacement of drainage, road reconstruction, kerb and watertable and a shared use pathway for pedestrians and cyclists.
