Mechanical Services Upgrade at Whyalla Health and Leisure Centre

Description
Council has embarked on an energy efficiency upgrade of the existing Whyalla Health and Leisure Centre. The overall project has been funding between the state government and Council and, most recently, the Federal government. The overall project comprises of mechanical services and building works to the existing building and has been split into several contracts aligned to each relevant discipline. This tender is for the provision of a number of items relating to the mechanical services for the building including, but not limited to: supply & installation of new energy efficient boilers; variable speed drive circulation pumps and air handling unit ducting, as well as the connection and commissioning of new boilers to recently installed Air Handling Units including all pipework and associated works.
