QBuild Whitsunday is inviting offers to complete Various External Upgrade Works to a Seniors Unit Complex at 5 Coles Road, Andergrove -Mackay. Including:

- Demolition Works.
- Concreting Works
- Building Works.
- Plumbing Works.
- Electrical Works.
- Landscaping Works.
- Provision of all external covered area’s and carports.
- Provision of clear safe temporary access through out the complex suitable for the use of persons with ambulant disabilities during the completion of proposed works.

Works are of Building Type and offerers must hold a BSA Building Licence in order to engage subsequent trades.

This project is PQC Level 1 rated.
