Woombye State School - New Tuckshop (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the New Tuckshop at Woombye State School, located at 95 Pine Grove Road, Woombye Qld 4559 as part of the Rectification and Reinstatement (R&R) program.

The new tuckshop contains uniform shop, freezer and cold room, dry store, office, prep area, and serving area. The position of the building is at the middle of the school with reasonable site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 and hold a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
