Hillview State School Car Park and Drainage Rectification (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Car Park and Drainage Rectification at Hillview State School, located at 1623 Christmas Creek Road, Hillview, QLD, 4285, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The project scope includes the construction of a new car park (including the removal of several trees), formalisation of an existing staff car park and site drainage rectification works. All works are to be completed by June 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
