Queensland Rail communicates with a number of diverse and geographically dispersed audiences across Queensland on a wide range of issues and projects. The complexity of communication varies by issue or project. While Queensland Rail retains specialist communication staff, there will be a need at time to draw on external resources, skill and knowledge to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.
