Runcorn State School - Outdoor Learning Area and Landscaping (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Outdoor Learning Area and associated Landscaping at Runcorn State School, located at 646 Beenleigh Road, Sunnybank QLD 4109.

The scope includes the design and construction of a new outdoor learning area and associated landscaping works including new timber decking, sandstone seating, artificial turf, play equipment and soft landscaping. All works are to be completed by May 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
